a. Dining – recipe creation and special dinner parties

As discussed above there are many evening of culinary delight at Aston Magna. In addition to the many annual events and the special events recounted above, there are wonderful evenings of quiet repose (two people) or an intermit dinner party of 4-6 people or a festive Sunday lunch involving 18-20 people. Usually the fare reflects the season and fresh vegetable and fruit which can be obtained at Aston Magna or in local markets.

b. Wine tasting events

Partly, due to the fact that Aston Magna produces more than two hundred cases of white and red wine, and partly because of Aston Magna's owner's personal interests, there is an often both informal and formal wine tasting events at Aston Magna during the year.
